ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT Last updated: June 19, 2026 OUR COMMITMENT Polish Me Pink is committed to making polishmepink.com accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standard across all pages of our web application. WHAT WE HAVE DONE - Semantic HTML structure throughout the application, with appropriate heading hierarchy - Keyboard navigability for all interactive elements (forms, buttons, navigation) - Sufficient color contrast ratios on text and interactive elements - Descriptive alt text on product images and meaningful icons - Resizable text — the layout adapts when browser text size is increased - ARIA labels and roles on custom interface components - Focus indicators on all interactive elements KNOWN LIMITATIONS We are actively improving accessibility and are aware of some current limitations: - Some data-heavy tables (stash list, catalog browse) may not be fully optimized for screen reader navigation in all configurations. We are working on improvements. - The barcode scanner feature requires camera access and may not be accessible via keyboard-only navigation. - Some third-party UI components used in the admin panel may have limited accessibility support that is outside our direct control. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Polish Me Pink is built with Next.js (React) and Tailwind CSS. The application is designed to be compatible with: - Modern screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack) - Keyboard-only navigation - Browser zoom up to 200% - High contrast mode in Windows and macOS FEEDBACK AND CONTACT We welcome feedback on the accessibility of Polish Me Pink.
