TERMS OF SERVICE Last updated: June 19, 2026 WELCOME TO POLISH ME PINK These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Polish Me Pink website and web application at polishmepink.com (the "Service"), operated by Polish Me Pink ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. 1. ACCOUNTS You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You may not use the Service with a false identity, impersonate another person, or register multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions. 2. ACCEPTABLE USE You agree not to: - Use the Service for any unlawful purpose - Post or transmit harmful, harassing, or abusive content - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure - Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from the Service without our written permission - Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to it - Reverse-engineer any part of the Service We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. 3. YOUR CONTENT The stash data, notes, and images you add to the Service belong to you. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process that content solely to operate the Service for you. You represent that you have the rights to any content you upload and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights. You can export your stash data at any time using the CSV export feature. You can delete your account and data from the Account Settings page. 4. SUBSCRIPTION — COLLECTOR PLAN Polish Me Pink offers a paid Collector plan at $3.99 per month (or the current price displayed at checkout), billed monthly through Stripe. - You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. - We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law. - We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days notice to active subscribers. - Free tier features remain available to all registered users whether or not they subscribe. 5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The Service, including its design, code, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by Polish Me Pink and protected by intellectual property laws. The nail polish catalog data (brand names, product names, colors) may be subject to the trademarks of their respective brand owners — Polish Me Pink claims no ownership over third-party brand names used descriptively within the catalog. 6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POLISH ME PINK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. 8. CHANGES TO THE SERVICE OR TERMS We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify you by email or a prominent notice in the app at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We may modify or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes. 9. TERMINATION You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, with or without notice. 10.
